I specialize in supporting women - especially moms - who are navigating the messy, beautiful, exhausting in-between of life, motherhood, and healing.

Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they are anymore. They’re often the “strong one” in their families. The one who gets it done. But under the surface, there’s anxiety, exhaustion, anger they don’t feel safe to express, or old wounds that never really got the chance to heal.

Maternal Mental Health
Whether you're trying to conceive, pregnant, postpartum, or parenting young children, this season can bring up identity shifts, emotional overwhelm, and grief that often go unspoken. I offer a safe, supportive space to explore the realities of motherhood without judgment—because it’s not always joyful, and that doesn’t make you a bad mom.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Anxiety
You might feel on edge, overwhelmed by intrusive thoughts, or like your mind is constantly racing. Maybe you’re struggling to sleep, drowning in “what ifs,” or unsure if this is normal. Together, we’ll work to reduce anxiety, understand what’s happening in your nervous system, and build tools that help you feel more steady, calm, and confident.
Mom Rage & Emotional Regulation
If you’ve found yourself snapping or yelling more than you’d like, only to be met with guilt and shame, you’re not alone. Rage is often a signal of unmet needs, burnout, and a nervous system in survival mode. We’ll explore what’s underneath the anger and build regulation tools that support healing—without shaming you for being human.
Healing Generational Cycles
You want to parent differently than you were parented—but the old patterns still show up. Whether you grew up walking on eggshells, managing chaos, or being the emotional caretaker, those experiences live in your body and influence how you show up today. Therapy can help you understand where it all comes from and start making intentional, meaningful shifts.
EMDR Therapy
I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful, evidence-based method that helps your brain and body process trauma and distressing life events. EMDR can be especially effective for postpartum trauma, birth trauma, childhood wounds, and high-functioning anxiety.
Parts Work & Inner Healing
Many women I work with feel like they're being pulled in different directions. One part wants to rest, another pushes harder. One part feels shame, another gets angry. Using parts work (inspired by Internal Family Systems), we’ll explore these different internal voices and roles with compassion—so you can understand yourself more deeply and move toward greater self-trust and peace.
