Initial Phone Consultation
Free 15 minute phone consultation. This call is to answer your questions and help us determine if we are a good fit for one another.
Intake Session / Initial Diagnostic Interview
This is a 60 minute session where we will gather historical information along with current stressors, symptoms, and goals for therapy.
Individual Therapy Session
I generally provide weekly 45 minute individual therapy sessions. If you feel you need a 60 minute session or want to meet less frequently, let's chat.
TELEHEALTH/VIDEO COUNSELING
I offer online video counseling for Nebraska residents. I use a secure HIPPA compliant video-chat application to provide privacy and security. Telehealth counseling is not covered by all insurance plans. Clients are responsible for determining if online Telehealth is a covered benefit for their specific plan. If not covered, this is an out of pocket expense.
